Command Prompt which is also known as CMD.exe or simply CMD is one of the most powerful tools in Windows OS. It interacts with the user with a thing known as command line interface.Before the evolution of the Windows OS that we are using now, Command Prompt was the most used and helpful tool for the user. In early version of Windows like Windows NT and Windows CE it was the main tool for the interaction of machine with the user. Firstly you need to open the Command Prompt window to execute the following commands. To do this just press the combination of 'Windows+R' key which opens the Run window.
